Benny and I are still beaming after a truly fairytale evening at the Luckman Saturday. Abundant thanks to the entire team at the theater, our guest artists Jonnie Reinhart, Bella Hicks, Miyuki Miyagi, Danny Shyman, and mom Valerie Perri-Lipson, choreographer Penny Wildman, Sam Slosburg and the glorious set he conceived and designed, publicist Ken Werther, guiding director Barbara Epstein, the grounding oak at the battery Theo Seidmon, and of course our SOLD-OUT house! And just after we’ve caught our breath, tomorrow night, Wednesday, March 20, at 8p jackbenny debuts in San Diego at Martinis Above 4th, a favorite cozy venue where we’ve accompanied performers Tori Scott and The Skivvies. Jonnie and Theo join us for a jam-packed one-act in Hillcrest’s premiere cabaret.
